Former Department of Justice Lawyer Elizabeth Oyer informed the Senate Judiciary Committee that two days after Acting Attorney General Todd Blanche was confirmed as Deputy Attorney General, he fired her for refusing to revive firearm rights for a convicted home abuser and good friend of President Trump. Oyer says she was pressured to go together with it, however she refused and was fired from her job.
