UST, a number one AI and expertise transformation options firm, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with iHUB DivyaSampark, the expertise innovation hub at IIT Roorkee and a joint initiative of the Department of Science and Technology (DST), Government of India, to speed up the event in engineering R&D and deep‑tech innovation.

By combining UST’s experience in embedded {hardware}, firmware engineering, cloud platforms, and AI/ML and information science with iHUB DivyaSampark’s robust analysis, innovation, and startup ecosystem, the partnership goals to create scalable, high-impact options.

As a part of the collaboration, each organizations will collectively work on next-generation applied sciences and options throughout important domains, together with cyber-physical programs, superior digital engineering, and AI-driven functions. The partnership may also allow the event of personalized options designed to meet operational and on-ground necessities for shoppers in India. Additionally, the collaboration will facilitate joint analysis and growth, expertise switch, and commercialization of options to drive real-world influence.

Prior to this, UST has signed MoUs in the previous with notable establishments, particularly BITS PilaniIIT MadrasWestern Sydney University, and T-Works. By leveraging its international experience in digital engineering and AI, UST continues to play a key position in advancing next-generation options that handle advanced, real-world challenges throughout important sectors.

The MoU was formally exchanged at UST Thiruvananthapuram campus between Manish Anand, CEO, iHUB-IIT Roorkee, and Dileep Sivan Pillai, Vice President & Head of India Business, UST, in the presence of senior leaders from each organizations.
