Karnataka Minister for Minor Irrigation and Science and Technology N. S. Boseraju visited the Quantum Computing Laboratory, Delta-Q, on the IMJ Institute of Research in Moodalakatte, Kundapur on Wednesday.

Watching the experimental setup of the ion-trap-based 16-qubit quantum processor being developed on the institute, Mr. Boseraju appreciated the initiative by the IMJ institute on future know-how and innovation.

He emphasised the significance of selling superior scientific analysis and innovation ecosystems past metropolitan cities and inspired the institute’s efforts towards constructing a globally related quantum know-how programme in Karnataka.
