HARARE, June 19 (Xinhua) — Local college students on Thursday showcased scientific tasks alongside a celebration of Zimbabwean and Chinese heritage at a school exhibition in Harare.
The occasion, held at Chivaraidze Primary School within the Zimbabwean capital, highlighted the significance of integrating language studying with science and expertise schooling to organize college students for an interconnected world.
Students offered real-life options to native challenges, overlaying renewable power, robotics, fashionable agricultural programs, recycling, and digital expertise.
Meanwhile, Chinese language learners impressed guests with their linguistic abilities and cultural displays, together with hand-held followers, lanterns, and art work. Students additionally showcased cardboard replicas of contemporary and historic architectural landmarks from each nations.
Preview Jongwe, a Chinese language trainer on the school, stated combining language studying with science and expertise equips college students with intercultural communication abilities and boosts innovation.
“Teaching them Chinese broadens their access to modern technologies in China,” the trainer famous.
