The hedonistic theme celebrates the Mediterranean, beginning with the city rooftop mini-pool, with a seashore deck, striped umbrellas, and a stupendous view of the town; after sundown, it morphs into a candlelit fixed-price Greek restaurant (count on copious starters to share, barbecued meat and fish, and a heavenly orange cake for dessert).
