South Korea Prioritizes Quantum Technologies in National Strategy

South Korea to take a position over 200 trillion received in R&D by 2030.

South Korea will allocate over 200 trillion received for presidency analysis and growth by 2030. Quantum applied sciences are among the many 10 strategic instructions in the Sixth Basic Plan for Science and Technology, based on DongA Science.

Of this quantity, 60 trillion received shall be devoted to 55 applied sciences, together with AI, semiconductors, superior biotechnology, and quantum growth. A separate funds for the quantum sector was not disclosed in the printed information.
