NFL Week 5 Matchups Set to Unfold Across League
The Green Bay Packers will host their NFC North rivals, the Chicago Bears, in a highly anticipated showdown, while Jayden Daniels returns to action against the New York Giants.

The NFL is gearing up for a thrilling Week 5, with several key matchups set to unfold across the league. The Green Bay Packers will host their NFC North rivals, the Chicago Bears, in a highly anticipated showdown, while Jayden Daniels returns to action against the New York Giants.
Meanwhile, the San Francisco 49ers are set to face off against their arch-rivals, the Seattle Seahawks, on the road, and Bijan Robinson is looking to continue his impressive form as he takes on Tyler Huntley and the Baltimore Ravens in a primetime matchup.
For those interested in anytime touchdown bets, this week's slate offers several enticing options. These types of wagers have gained popularity among fans due to their relatively high odds, making them an attractive addition to parlays or standalone bets.
In Week 4, our team successfully identified several value plays, including Brock Bowers, James Cook III, and Alvin Kamara, who all scored touchdowns. We're now turning our attention to this week's slate of games in search of more promising anytime TD bets.
Our first recommendation is a star tight end set to face off against a struggling defense on the West Coast. The Arizona Cardinals will host the Detroit Lions on Sunday, and with Kelvin Sheppard's unit ranking last in the league, we expect points to be scored freely in this matchup.
Trey McBride has been one of the most prolific receivers in the NFL so far this season, boasting 33 receptions, but he'll look to break his touchdown drought against a porous Detroit defense. With its inability to contain opposing offenses, the Lions' unit presents an attractive target for anytime TD bettors.
Christian McCaffrey's recent scoring form has been impressive, netting four touchdowns over his last three games. However, he has yet to find the end zone as a receiver this season. This could change on Sunday, where he is just one receiving touchdown away from breaking Marshall Faulk's record for most by a running back all-time (36). It seems surprising that McCaffrey is listed at -130 given the Seahawks' reputation as having the best defense in the NFL.
Dalton Schultz has been a targeted player this season, with 27 looks tied for fourth-most among tight ends. Despite this, he hasn't found the end zone yet, but his productivity outside of Week 2 against the Bengals is limited. His involvement in the red-zone game with C.J. Stroud could pay off this week against the Tennessee Titans.
Germie Bernard's playing time increased last week when Michael Pittman Jr. was out with a foot injury. The rookie wideout saw eight targets and turned them into four receptions for 35 yards, a career high. With Pittman ruled out again, it is likely that Bernard will see more snaps on offense against the Indianapolis Colts.
The Colts have struggled defensively this season, ranking fourth-worst in passing defense. They also recently returned from London, which may affect their performance. Given these factors and Pittman's absence, Germie Bernard could be a good value bet for an anytime touchdown at +400.
Against the Colts' struggling pass defense, Dalton Schultz looks like a solid play to find the end zone this week. As C.J. Stroud's red-zone target, he has a good chance of scoring his first touchdown of the season against the Titans.
RJ Harvey, the Denver Broncos' running back, has been making significant strides on the field this season. He currently ranks second in the NFL in yards after catch with 193. With his impressive average of over six receptions per game, it's surprising that he hasn't yet scored a touchdown.
Harvey's potential to reach the end zone is expected to increase now that head coach Sean Payton has taken back play-calling responsibilities. The young player showed promise last season when he became one of only five rookies in NFL history to achieve both five rushing and receiving touchdowns in a single season, joining an elite group that includes Charley Taylor, Gale Sayers, Alvin Kamara, and Ashton Jeanty.
