Liverpool have confirmed Arne Slot’s departure as head coach.

Owners Fenway Sports Group have now determined to name time on the Dutchman’s reign with the Reds as he ready to enter the ultimate 12 months of his current contract.

“Arne leaves with our gratitude, with a Premier League title to his name, and with the knowledge that he and his family will always be welcomed back at Anfield.”
Andoni Iraola has been put in because the favorite to succeeed Slot, having not too long ago left Bournemouth and beforehand labored with Liverpool sporting director Richard Hughes.
