Jurors have reached a verdict in a trial involving the deadly stabbing of a pupil athlete at a school track meet final 12 months, in response to NCS affiliate KTVT.
Karmelo Anthony, a former excessive school pupil, is accused of fatally stabbing Austin Metcalf, an unarmed 17-year-old competitor, at a track meet in Frisco, Texas, final 12 months. Anthony, now 19, has pleaded not responsible to murder and faces as much as life in jail.
