Hassan Aziz has been named dean of the College of Health Sciences and Technology at Rochester Institute of Technology.

He joins RIT from Texas A&M University-Corpus Christi, the place he at the moment serves as dean and professor of the College of Nursing and Health Sciences. He was chosen as dean after a nationwide search and will assume the function on Aug. 1.
