DAF Names 14 Scientific Advisory Board MembersThe Department of the Air Force has appointed 14 members to its Scientific Advisory Board, including leaders from trade, academia and authorities to offer unbiased science and know-how recommendation to senior Air Force and Space Force officers.

The appointments had been nominated by the secretary of the Air Force and accredited by the secretary of conflict, in line with a Monday announcement from the Air Force public affairs workplace.

Who Joined the DAF Scientific Advisory Board?

The new members are Mark Ackermann, Patrick Antkowiak, Brent Appleby, Michael Bear, Suzanne Beers, Robert Behler, Josh Erling, Pamela Evans, Mark McDaniel, James Moreland Jr., Kevin Saeger, Nils Sandell Jr., Patrick Stadter and Grant Stokes. Evans will function board chair, whereas Stadter will function vice chair.

The appointees signify organizations, together with Iowa State University, Sandia National Laboratories, MIT Lincoln Laboratory and protection corporations equivalent to RTX.
