Ahead of the United States of America’s 250th anniversary, NCS visited Colonial Williamsburg in Virginia to listen to historic interpreters like Kurt Smith, who portrays Thomas Jefferson, share an 18th century tackle US historical past. Jefferson and Martha Washington, portrayed by Katharine Pittman, focus on how Jefferson meant for girls to be included within the Declaration of Independence in “Carriage Takes.”
