It’s by no means too late to observe your dream. At age 88, two-time Oscar winner Anthony Hopkins has launched his first single as a composer.
The single, “Bracken Road,” comes from “a selection of orchestral works written across more than six decades” that can be launched as half of the “Life is a Dream” album, based on a press release from file firm Decca Classics revealed Friday.
Hopkins has had an extended and storied career as an actor, profitable a raft of awards for roles resembling serial killer Hannibal Lecter in “The Silence of the Lambs” (1991) and repressed butler Stevens in “The Remains of the Day.”
