CLEARWATER, Fla. – (*2*) police are investigating a shooting that left two folks hospitalized early Monday morning at a downtown sports bar.

According to the Clearwater Police Department, the shooting occurred shortly after midnight at 45 Sports Bar and Lounge, situated at 1409 Cleveland St.
Officers responded to the scene and located two males had been shot, CPD stated.
Both males had been taken to close by hospitals for therapy. One man was transported to Morton Plant Hospital in Clearwater, whereas the opposite was taken to St. Joseph’s Hospital in Tampa, in keeping with investigators.
