A 3-year-old boy was rescued in La Guaira in the early hours of Tuesday, Venezuela’s Acting President, Delcy Rodríguez, introduced on Telegram, calling the miraculous rescue “a source of hope” for her folks. The younger boy was later transferred for medical remedy after the operation, based on a press release launched by the Venezuelan authorities following the mission.
