Professor Shim Woo-young of Yonsei University’s Department of Materials Science and Engineering has been chosen because the April recipient of the Korea Science and Technology Award, hosted by the Ministry of Science and ICT and collectively organized by the National Research Foundation of Korea and The Seoul Economic Daily.
The Ministry of Science and ICT and the National Research Foundation introduced on the eighth that Professor Shim was chosen because the award recipient forward of Information and Communications Day on the twenty second, recognizing his growth of semiconductor supplies with novel constructions not present in nature, which has strengthened the worldwide competitiveness of Korea’s semiconductor know-how.
