(NCS) — Winning tickets for Saturday’s nearly $1.8 billion Powerball jackpot have been sold in Missouri and Texas, the lottery mentioned.

“With final ticket sales, the Powerball jackpot came in at $1.787 billion – making it the second-largest U.S. lottery jackpot ever won,” the Multi-State Lottery Association, which runs the Powerball sport, mentioned in a news release.

Each profitable ticket holder can select both an annuitized prize of $893.5 million or a lump sum fee of $410.3 million – each earlier than taxes.

Additionally, two fortunate tickets sold in Kansas and Texas gained a $2 million prize and 18 tickets sold throughout 13 states gained $1 million.

The profitable numbers have been 11, 23, 44, 61, 62 with a purple Powerball of 17 and a Power Play multiplier of 2.

The jackpot now resets at $20 million for Monday’s drawing.

Saturday’s wins finish a streak of 42 consecutive drawings and not using a jackpot winner, a stretch relationship again to May.

The odds of profitable have been 1 in 292.2 million, in response to the Multi-State Lottery Association, which oversees the sport.

Tickets, priced at $2, can be found in 45 states in addition to Washington, DC, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

The largest Powerball jackpot on file stays the $2.04 billion prize gained in California on November 7, 2022.

This is a creating story and might be up to date.
