TOKYO, Japan, December 25, 2025 – Honda Motor Co., Ltd. at this time introduced that wheelchair racer Catherine Debrunner, supported by Honda with Honda racing wheelchairs, gained the Best Female (Summer Sports) class of the Para Sport Awards 2025, organized by the International Paralympic Committee (IPC). This marks the first ever Para Sport Award for Debrunner.
The Para Sport Awards are introduced as soon as each two years to have a good time people and organizations whose efforts have strengthened the international impression of parasports. Positioned as the highest honor amongst the awards introduced by the IPC, the Para Sport Awards acknowledge summer season and winter sports activities athletes, in addition to coaches, IPC members, and volunteers.
