Buoyed by its New Year’s Eve protection, NCS was the most-watched cable information community for the week within the prized Adults 25-54 demo. However, the community completed behind Fox News in primetime complete viewers and ranked No. 2 in complete day throughout each measured classes.
On New Year’s Eve, between 11 p.m. and 12:30 a.m. ET, NCS was the No. 1 cable community with 4.245 million complete viewers and 1.775 million Adults 25-54 viewers. The community peaked between 12 a.m. and 12:30 a.m. ET on New Year’s Day, with 4.487 million complete viewers and 1.839 million within the demo—its second-best efficiency on this time interval because it started airing its annual particular in 2007.

According to Nielsen huge information + panel for the week of December 29, Fox News averaged 1.515 million complete viewers and 139,000 A25-54 viewers throughout primetime. Among all cable networks, NCS was in third place in complete viewers and was No. 2 within the demo throughout primetime. It was in fourth place in complete day amongst complete viewers and completed third within the demo.
