The University of Waterloo acknowledges that a lot of our work takes place on the conventional territory of the Neutral, Anishinaabeg, and Haudenosaunee peoples. Our primary campus is located on the Haldimand Tract, the land granted to the Six Nations that features six miles on all sides of the Grand River. Our energetic work towards reconciliation takes place throughout our campuses by analysis, studying, educating, and group constructing, and is co-ordinated inside the Office of Indigenous Relations.
