Deputy Prime Minister Le Thanh Long has signed Decision No. 530/QD-TTg approving a program to attract specialists and scientists, each foreigners and Vietnamese dwelling overseas, to teach, conduct analysis, and work at greater training establishments and vocational training facilities in Vietnam.
The program aims, by 2035, to attract at least 30 excellent specialists and scientists—each foreigners and Vietnamese dwelling overseas—able to assuming management roles and main key breakthrough duties in training, coaching, scientific analysis, and know-how switch, significantly in vital and strategic applied sciences.
