WASHINGTON, April 28 (Reuters) – The U.S. Department of Justice has indicted former FBI Director James Comey a second time, NCS reported on Tuesday, citing two sources acquainted with the case.

The indictment would mark the second time the Justice Department underneath Trump has indicted Comey, a longtime foe of President Donald Trump.
