The British authorities acted lawfully when it banned the protest group Palestine Action as a terrorist group, the Court of Appeal in London dominated on Monday.
Chief Justice Sue Carr stated the group was not a civil disobedience group because it claimed and that it operated with covert cells to destroy property at protection corporations and on army bases.
“In our judgment, that premise was seriously flawed. It was not a sustainable proposition to portray Palestine Action as a non-violent organization,” Carr stated.
The ruling overturned a call in February by three senior High Court judges who discovered that regardless of the group selling its political trigger via some crimes, the dimensions of actions didn’t warrant a ban.
