The University of Doha for Science and Technology (UDST) hosted the 2026 Student Symposium on Innovation and Enterprise at its campus in Doha, beneath the organisation of the UDST Capstone Committee.

The occasion featured roughly 100 capstone initiatives, alongside MSc analysis and UREP-funded initiatives. The symposium gathered round 428 college students, addressing real-world challenges in areas reminiscent of vitality, sustainability, know-how, and enterprise, with a number of initiatives developed in collaboration with business companions.

The symposium stood as a landmark inter-college platform devoted to showcasing student innovation, utilized analysis, and entrepreneurial pondering.

It aligned with Qatar’s Third National Development Strategy, reinforcing nationwide priorities associated to STEM training, workforce readiness, and the development of a knowledge-based economic system.

Industry companions had been invited to have interaction with student initiatives, strengthening collaboration between academia and business and offering alternatives to discover future venture growth and innovation partnerships.
