Dehradun, 30 Nov: The Uttarakhand Council for Science and Technology (UCOST) efficiently organised the first-ever Science & Technology Premier League on the state stage, aiming to advertise scientific temperament, innovation, and technological competence amongst college students. Selected groups from all 13 districts of Uttarakhand enthusiastically participated in this grand state-level competitors.
The league started on the faculty stage, adopted by competitions on the block and district ranges, after which the shortlisted groups showcased their expertise on the state platform. The competitors featured seven completely different rounds, masking themes associated to science, expertise, innovation, analysis, and problem-solving.
With an excellent efficiency, the Pauri district group secured the primary place. The group—comprising Ganesh, Aditya, Mohit, and Aashish—excelled throughout all levels of the occasion.
The Champawat district group secured the second place, with Yuvraj, Gargi, Sachin, and Nikita impressing the jury with their abilities.
The Rudraprayag district group clinched the third place, represented by Mohit Kumar, Sneha, Sapna, and Dikshant.
During the closing ceremony, Governor Lt General Gurmit Singh (Retd), the Chief Guest, appreciated UCOST’s initiative and congratulated all collaborating college students, mentors, and district groups for his or her dedication and scientific spirit.
