WANA (Mar 28) – Esmaeil Baghaei, spokesperson for Iran’s Foreign Ministry, stated in a publish on X that current U.S.-Israeli assaults on universities and analysis facilities reveal a broader goal to weaken Iran’s scientific and cultural infrastructure.
He cited strikes on establishments, together with Iran University of Science and Technology and Isfahan University of Technology, describing them as a part of what he referred to as a sample of deliberate concentrating on through the previous 30 days.
Esmaeil Baghaei wrote:
“Isfahan University of Technology and the University of Science and Technology in Tehran are simply two amongst many universities and analysis facilities intentionally attacked by the aggressors through the previous 30 days of their unlawful warfare on the Iranian nation.
In reality, the American-Israeli aggression towards Iran continues to disclose its true goal: to cripple our nation’s scientific basis and cultural heritage by systematically concentrating on universities, analysis facilities, historic monuments, and outstanding scientists.
Countering Iran’s ‘nuclear program’ and ‘imminent threat’ have been nothing however vicious pretexts — mere fabrications designed to hide their actual intention.”
