President Donald Trump blasted NCS World News for a “fake statement” after the outlet reported that Iran has stated it has “achieved a great victory and forced the United States to accept its 10-point plan, according to a statement from Iran’s Supreme National Security Council, as reported by Iranian state media.
Trump took to his Truth Social account and said: “The alleged Statement put out by NCS World News is a FRAUD, as NCS effectively is aware of. The false Statement was linked to a Fake News web site (from Nigeria) and, in fact, instantly picked up by NCS, and blared out as a “legitimate” headline.”
He ordered the outlet to “immediately withdraw this Statement with full apologies for their, as usual, terrible “reporting.””
“The statement in query was obtained by NCS from Iranian officers and reported on a number of Iranian state media retailers. We acquired the statement from particular official Iranian spokespeople who’re recognized to us,” NCS stated in an internet statement.
NCS’s reporting acknowledged that the U.S. has agreed to carry all main and secondary sanctions in opposition to Iran and has agreed to withdraw US combat forces from all bases in the area, citing the council.

The outlet reported that the U.S. has also agreed to accept Iran’s nuclear enrichment and recognize its continued control over the Strait of Hormuz.
“The enemy, in its unfair, unlawful, and criminal war against the Iranian nation, has suffered an undeniable, historic, and crushing defeat,” the council statement read.
“Our hands remain on the trigger, and at the slightest mistake by the enemy, a full-force response will be delivered,” it warned.
It came hours after the president announced that he would suspend his threatened bombing of Iran’s energy infrastructure and extend the two-week truce. In a post on Truth Social, he said that it is conditional on Iran reopening the Strait of Hormuz, calling it a double-sided ceasefire.

“Based on conversations with Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif and Field Marshal Asim Munir, of Pakistan, and wherein they requested that I hold off the destructive force being sent tonight to Iran, and subject to the Islamic Republic of Iran agreeing to the COMPLETE, IMMEDIATE, and SAFE OPENING of the Strait of Hormuz, I agree to suspend the bombing and attack of Iran for a period of two weeks,” Trump wrote on his Truth Social media account.
“This shall be a double sided CEASEFIRE! The motive for doing so is that we’ve got already met and exceeded all Military aims, and are very far together with a definitive Agreement regarding Longterm PEACE with Iran, and PEACE in the Middle East,” he wrote.

“We received a 10 point proposal from Iran, and believe it is a workable basis on which to negotiate. Almost all of the various points of past contention have been agreed to between the United States and Iran, but a two week period will allow the Agreement to be finalized and consummated. On behalf of the United States of America, as President, and also representing the Countries of the Middle East, it is an Honor to have this Longterm problem close to resolution,” Trump stated.
The president didn’t reveal the main points of the 10-point proposal allegedly despatched by Iran.
Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif stated in a social media submit on Tuesday that diplomatic efforts to finish the war are “progressing steadily, strongly and powerfully with the potential to lead to substantive results in the near future.”
