President Donald Trump took center stage on the Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts on Sunday night to pay tribute to the latest class of honorees. Trump was elected chairman of the Kennedy Center board after he eliminated Democratic-appointed trustees and put in a small cadre of loyalists in their stead.
