New signing, Tomas Cvancara gave his first media convention at Lennoxtown on Friday forward of the weekend’s massive recreation when the Martin O’Neill’s Celtic facet journey to tackle Hearts at Tynecastle on Sunday.

The 25-year-old Czech Republic striker has no worries about being in the running for the sport after his arrival just some days in the past from Borussia Monchengladbach.

He stated: “I had preparation in Germany, basically a full January, so it’s not a problem to jump in

‘I trust myself, I trust the team, I trust the qualities and I’m not afraid to step in. So, if the manager needs, I’m there.’

“It’s a massive club, so obviously it’s big pressure, but, as I said, I feel ready and we have some goals which we want to achieve, so we go forward and we will go for it.”
