The Chloe Nashville will formally open the week of January fifth in Hillsboro Village, that includes 19 rooms, a restaurant, three bars, and a lush out of doors pool for company + locals alike. This comes as the primary Tennessee resort from Róbert LeBlanc and the LeBlanc + Smith workforce, following New Orleans sister lodges The Chloe and The Celestine, which have collectively earned international accolades together with Travel + Leisure’s 2025 It List, Condé Nast Traveler’s Hot List, Michelin Key designation and La Liste’s Gem Hotel Award, amongst others.
Set in two restored Nineteen Twenties Craftsman cottages—former houses to Asylum Records and Spirit Music—the property has been reimagined to replicate the inventive spirit of contemporary Nashville whereas honoring its historic roots. At the center of the property is an all-day restaurant led by Chef Matt Regan (previously of Sylvain, Emeril’s, and Luke in NOLA), celebrating Gulf Coast seafood with considerate nods to Eastern Tennessee’s meals traditions. The bar program, developed by beverage director Jason Sorbet (of Barrel Proof Nashville), will showcase Tennessee whiskey by means of basic and creative cocktails.
The idea is designed to function each a neighborhood gathering place and a home-away-from-home for vacationers and supply community-driven programming like Artists in Residence and Songwriter Series to highlight native and touring artists and creatives.
