The Taiwan Space Agency (TASA) yesterday signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with the UK-based Satellite Applications Catapult (SAC) to broaden cooperation on satellite tv for pc applied sciences.
Speaking forward of the signing ceremony in Taipei, National Science and Technology Council (NSTC) Minister Wu Cheng-wen (吳誠文) stated British companies have lengthy partnered with TASA on initiatives starting from satellite tv for pc ride-sharing and propulsion to precision manufacturing, TASA stated in an announcement.

TASA Director-General Wu Jong-shinn (吳宗信) described the five-year MOU because the product of years of belief and exchanges with SAC, including that it could lay the groundwork for future joint initiatives.
Founded in 2012, SAC is a British government-backed technology company that helps companies and researchers develop satellite-based applied sciences and providers.
