The ceremony was attended by Deputy Minister for Science and Technology Dr Aung Zeya, Chinese Ambassador to Myanmar Ms Ma Jia, Minister-Counsellor Dr Zheng Zhihong, Directors-General from the Department of Advanced Science and Technology and different departments, Rectors, the Vice-Chairman and Deputy Directors-General of the Mekong-Lancang Cooperation National Coordination Unit (Myanmar) and different invitees.
