Effective STI parks require a shared understanding amongst a large variety of stakeholders of what Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Parks Policies and practices are for innovation to emerge and contribute to financial progress and sustainable improvement.
The goal of this course is to construct capability amongst policymakers, practitioners and different stakeholders in designing and implement profitable STI park insurance policies and practices. After the profitable pilot session of the UNCTAD e-learning course on Science, Technology and Innovation (STI) Park Policy and Practice from 9 to 22 February, this course can be formally rolled out on 16–29 March 2026. This would be the spring session in 2026, to be adopted by an autumn session.
Targeted contributors
STI coverage makers, academicians, senior scientists from R&D establishments, technologists, innovators, STI park (together with incubator and accelerator) managers and operators, technology industrialists, associations of entrepreneurs or industries, actual property builders.
About the course
The course can be ongoing for two weeks with self-paced on-line classes.
The course can be carried out in English, and a certificates can be issued upon profitable completion of the course.
