While GOP leaders level to a snowstorm and subsequent low turnout as mitigating details, it was nonetheless a 17-share-level win. One Texas Republican lawmaker tells Dana he’s “100% concerned,” whereas one other says it is proof the GOP wants to prepare to ship turnout.
