“The ultimate measure of scientific inquiry is its tangible impact on the public’s quality of life thus academic work must transition from the laboratory to the market place,” he said while speaking as the chief guest at a seminar titled “Challenges and Way Forward in Enhancing Appropriate Technology” held on the ministry’s convention room on Wednesday.
He said that analysis findings must attain industries within the kind of prototypes or samples to be piloted, commercialized, and in the end create a constructive social affect
