Nekima Levy Armstrong was amongst the protesters who disrupted a service at a church in Minneapolis on Sunday as a part of an anti‑ICE protest. Speaking with Laura Coates, Armstrong says the church was focused as a result of its pastor, David Easterwood, is believed to be the appearing discipline director of the St. Paul ICE discipline workplace. “As a woman of faith, it was my duty to go into this church and to raise awareness to the congregation,” she says.
