The Nigeria Police Force has sought the help of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFund) to strengthen science and technology-driven policing to sort out rising safety challenges throughout the nation.

The Police Chief stated the pressure was repositioning its coaching establishments to align with international requirements, including that the proposed police college in Ogun State would advance ongoing reforms throughout the pressure.

“We realise that we cannot do our jobs without education. If you notice any lapses in what the police do, all the complaints we have against the police boil down to education,” he acknowledged.
