JACKSON, Miss. (WLBT) – The Jackson Police Department is investigating after a shooting outside Capitol Grille early Sunday morning.

JPD officers responded to studies of the shooting at roughly 1:30 a.m.

According to JPD Detective Tommie Brown, a number of individuals have been standing outside Capitol Grille when somebody began shooting.

One feminine was grazed after which taken to a close-by hospital by a personal car, however she didn’t stay on the hospital, Brown added.

There have been no different accidents reported.

This is an energetic and ongoing investigation.
