Under Prime Ministerial
Decision No.540/QD-TTg, signed not too long ago by Deputy Prime Minister Bui Thanh Son,
a Government plan for implementation of the bilateral agreement on cooperation
in science, technology and innovation between Vietnam and France has been
approved.

 The agreement was
signed and got here into power on May 26, 2025.

Under the plan, the Ministry of Science and Technology will
take the prime accountability and coordinate with related ministries and
companies to information, monitor and oversee the implementation of the agreement,
in accordance to the Government News.

The ministry can even compile studies on implementation
progress and ship them to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for consolidation and
reporting to competent authorities.

Every two years, joint critiques shall be performed with
France’s Ministry of Higher Education and Research to assess implementation
outcomes and talk about future cooperation plans.

Other ministries and companies of Vietnam are required to
coordinate intently, based mostly on their respective mandates, to develop and carry

The Ministry of Science and Technology can even work with

cooperation.

separate agreement in accordance with the legal guidelines of every nation.
