Two Palestinians, one among them a 14-year-old boy, had been shot and killed at a faculty in the occupied West Bank amid an assault by Israeli settlers, the Palestinian Health Ministry and a number of eyewitnesses mentioned. The Israeli navy claimed the incident began after rocks had been thrown at a car carrying a number of Israeli passengers, together with a reserve soldier, whom the navy mentioned, “exited the vehicle and opened fire at suspects in the area.” The navy instructed NCS the reservist had been suspended and it has opened an investigation.
