The Pentagon plans to merge two of its advisory our bodies to create a brand new Science, Technology, and Innovation Board (STIB) that may work to pace the event and supply of capabilities to U.S. warfighters and tackle nationwide safety challenges.
Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth permitted the plan to mix the Defense Innovation Board and the Defense Science Board, in accordance to a division press release.
