Pastor Sergio Amezcua, a family friend of a 5-year-old detained by ICE, says brokers used the little one to attract his pregnant mom out of the home so they may arrest her. He denounces the tactic, drawing comparisons between ICE’s actions in Minnesota and cartels in Mexico. “Cartels don’t target kids or pregnant women,” Amezcua says.
