BIRMINGHAM, Ala. – Ole Miss had 48 scholar-athletes earn a spot on the SEC Fall Academic Honor Roll, which was introduced by SEC Commissioner Greg Sankey on Wednesday.
 
Ole Miss Athletics posted a division semester report 3.29 GPA final fall, with 17 of 18 groups and 63 p.c of scholar-athletes registering a minimum of a 3.0 GPA.
 
A complete of 1,514 scholar-athletes from the 16 member faculties of the SEC have been honored within the fall record launched as we speak, which covers the sports activities of cross nation, soccer, soccer and volleyball. For Ole Miss, these 48 scholar-athletes embody all who completed their respective seasons as a part of their competitors rosters throughout the 2025 fall season.

Any scholar-athlete who participates in a Southeastern Conference championship sport or a scholar-athlete who participates in a sport listed on his/her establishment’s NCAA Sports Sponsorship Form is eligible for nomination to the Academic Honor Roll. The following standards can be adopted: (1) An undergraduate scholar-athlete will need to have a grade level common of three.00 or above for both the previous tutorial 12 months (two semesters or three quarters) or have a cumulative grade level common of three.00 or above on the nominating establishment. A graduate scholar-athlete will need to have a grade level common of three.0 or above for both the previous tutorial 12 months (two semesters or three quarters) of graduate faculty enrollment or have a cumulative graduate faculty grade level common of three.00 or above on the nominating establishment. Undergraduate grade level common might not be included within the graduate level common calculation for a graduate scholar; (2) If a scholar-athlete attends summer time faculty, his/her grade level common throughout the summer time tutorial time period have to be included within the calculation used to find out eligibility for the Academic Honor Roll; (3) Student-athletes eligible for the Honor Roll embody these receiving an athletics scholarship, recipients of an athletics award (i.e., letter winner), and non-scholarship scholar-athletes who’ve been on a varsity workforce for 2 seasons; (4) An undergraduate scholar-athlete will need to have efficiently accomplished 24 semester or 36 quarter hours of non-remedial tutorial credit score towards a baccalaureate diploma on the nominating establishment. A graduate scholar-athlete will need to have efficiently accomplished 18 semester or 27 quarter hours of educational credit score towards a graduate diploma on the nominating establishment; (5) The scholar-athlete will need to have been a member of a varsity workforce for the game’s whole NCAA Championship phase.
