Former Newcastle United defender John Anderson says Eddie Howe’s aspect should work on their “game management” after 10-man Burnley “almost stole a point at the death” on Saturday afternoon.

“Look, it was a game Newcastle were expected to win and they won it. It sets them up nicely for Wednesday night [against Bayer Leverkusen] and obviously for the derby next weekend.
