Maverick Meadow, University of Nebraska Omaha’s (UNO) student-run indie sport studio in partnership with the College of Information Science & Technology and the Criss Library Creative Production Lab, is internet hosting the second annual Nebraska Indie Game Expo on May 1, 2026, at UNO’s Peter Kiewit Institute (PKI), room 158, at 5 p.m. Students, employees, college, and common public neighborhood members age 19+ are invited to the in-person showcase occasion on Friday, May 1 to have fun Nebraska-made video games.
đź“ť Award Submissions and Deadlines
Students, hobbyists, and professionals are invited to submit locally-created video games for 2 award classes:
- Upcoming Masterpiece — for tabletop or digital video games at the moment in progress. Playable demos are inspired however not required. Incomplete video games have to be submitted by Friday, April 24 to affirm a spot to showcase progress to attendees.
