Jennings, 48, and his fellow panelists spoke concerning the ongoing Iran battle on Thursday’s episode, during which the previous political staffer disagreed together with his counterparts concerning the battle.

“Everybody hang tight,” Phillip, 37, calmly mentioned. “Everybody calm down. We’re having a debate. You can respond to the points that he’s making.”
After Jennings’ fellow panelists peppered him with questions on his viewpoint, he addressed his perspective.
“We have a very simple goal to keep terrorists and a terrorist regime from having a nuclear weapon that can threaten the United States, our interest in the region, our allies in Europe and anybody else,” Jennings added. “That is our goal.”
Phillip abruptly wrapped the phase, concluding, “We’re going to leave it there, guys.”
Phillip typically tries to mediate any broadcast debates with out elevating her voice.
“I would be lying if I told you that there were not times when I’ve wanted to,” she beforehand advised Variety in 2024. “I don’t think that’s helpful for an audience for me to add to the cacophony of sound. People should know that I’m always trying to make sure that if I hear something that isn’t right and I know something isn’t right, I’m going to say something about it.”
