Several components of the southern US confronted a few of their coldest early-November temperatures in a long time. More than two dozen cities, reaching as far south as Fort Myers, Miami and Naples, Florida, toppled or tied daily record lows this week. It was so chilly in components of the Sunshine State that iguanas fell from timber.
