NCS promoted its digital chief Alex MacCallum to chief working officer, CEO Mark Thompson advised staffers in a memo this week, signaling his bullishness on how the chief has led the community’s digital-first expansion.
MacCallum, who beforehand served as NCS‘s executive vice president of Digital Products and Services, “is already playing a crucial role in turning our vision of the future NCS into a reality,” Thompson told staffers in a memo on Wednesday. Her new role will have her oversee the network’s shopper technique, implement a brand new enterprise mannequin, introduce mission-driven venture work and construct out strategic partnerships, Thompson famous.
