Russian President Vladimir Putin is operating out of time to win his battle towards Ukraine, amid financial, societal and army pressures in accordance with Estonia’s head of overseas intelligence, Kaupo Rosin. In an interview with NCS, Rosin predicts that inside the subsequent 4 to 5 months, Putin “may not be able to negotiate from a position of a strength anymore.”
