Jessica Moretti, a French proprietor of Le Constellation bar in Crans-Montana, Switzerland, tearfully apologized to victims of the New Year’s Day fire. Swiss prosecutors have ordered the detention of her husband and the bar’s co-owner, Jacques Moretti, because of flight danger.
